PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION AND SQA ACCREDITATION
Maintaining professional standards

Regulatory approval is acknowledged as a sign of excellence in the UK and, increasingly, around the world, allowing our credentials to maintain their highly esteemed professional reputation. The accreditation from the UK gives you the following assurances about the qualification:

  • meets specific quality requirements that assure its suitability for the specified use.
  • Includes relevant content
  • utilizes the appropriate assessment methodology
  • is harmonized with the relevant National Occupational Standards (NOS)
  • is accepted by interested stakeholders, including employers.

SQA Accreditation has not granted the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management accreditation. The Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) Level 7—which is equivalent to RQF Level 4 in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland—is the level that it is meant to be roughly comparable to.

Valued by Employers

The quality of the health and safety measures that organizations have in place can be ensured in part through NEBOSH certifications. This may help to explain why so many organizations choose to include NEBOSH qualifications on their competency matrices.

After completing the exam, you will have your results within 15 working days. Once you pass, a qualification certificate will be given to you. Normally, this happens within 20 working days of receiving confirmation that the unit was successful.
